Professor Emeritus Susumu Tachi received the Outstanding Achievement Award at the award ceremony of the 27th Annual Conference of the Virtual Reality Society of Japan on September 13, 2022. The award was given in recognition of his many years of outstanding research achievements in the academic field of virtual reality.
